My favourite property in Zakopane. Simple great budget hotel with very friendly staff members who arranged every detail for me and met every need. - Restaurant manager made sure there was great food for breakfast everyday. - Cleaning lady was extremely nice and kept the place very clean. - Convenient location in the centre of Zakopane.

A clean room provided with good views, bathroom, for example. Breakfast with cheese and buns, for example. Excellent, nice location in Zakopane, close enough to local shops and restaurants, supermarket, and cable car and bus station. Also, right in the center of everything. Really super base for one night.

No fruit at all.

Could not be better located for everything in town. Sport bar next door if you want to get away from it all, but football.

I was there for a week so would have liked tea making facilities.

The hotel has a very central location, just a short walk to the main pedestrian street, public transport, restaurants, ATM. It's easy to get to all the ski slopes by taking a taxi. - the breakfast offered was savoury and tasty with buns and cheese. - the restaurant food was outstanding.

The hotel's location in Zakopane is marvelous and amazing, situated next to the main shopping street Krupowki as well as shops, restaurants, and the cable car. It is an easy walk to the Tatra Museum.

The staff members at Hotel Gromada Zakopane were incredibly helpful - from the receptionists organizing every detail for us and meeting our needs, to the restaurant manager ensuring delicious breakfast every day, to the cleaning lady who was exceptionally nice and maintained the place impeccably clean.

The hotel is very central, near bus station, near restaurants, shops. Reception staff very courtious and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. one could have cappuccino, espresso and different types of teas, apart from a choice of juices, two hot items, and a variety of cold items. Very good value for money.

As our room was facing the main street, any shouting,singing coming from the street could be heard.

The receptionist is very warm kind and helpful. Great location to the main street.

Shower room is dark and the shampoo looks old. Room was dim although it is clean. Internet accessible only in the lobby, but we thought it is free WIFI, but it is Orange connect, need to pay for the internet usage. No WIFI coverage in the room, we have to try to connect the WIFI from the main street with very slow speed. If there is no need for internet access, the hotel is okey. You pay what you get.
